So grateful life is back to normal in our province. We have been very busy over the past 2.5 years, with new furnaces and air conditioners being installed in Leamington, and interior updates to our common area in Cambridge.
The rental market is tough for both tenants and landlords right now, but open communication is the key and we are pleased that the majority of our tenants have found a way to get through the past 3 years. We still have plans coming up...Leamington will need new roofs soon, and since it's summer the usual landscaping will need to be done shortly.
