Thanks for asking about utilities. Each of our properties was built differently, so they all have a different answer:
Our Cambridge site is all inclusive.
Our Kitchener site includes heat and water, with electricity extra.
Leamington utilities are arranged and paid for by the tenants.

Please have your identification available (driver license) and proof of income. MARDA will run a credit check on all applicants.

In Leamington, rent can be paid on MARDA Management's website at www.mardamanagement.com, by e-transfer to marla@marda Management.com, or by making arrangements to deposit at a local TD bank.
For Kitchener and Cambridge, e-transfers to info@wildwoodoaks.com is acceptable.
In Leamington, "Wildwood Oaks" is very fortunate. There is a forced air gas furnace for the winter time, and cool central air for the summer. Each suite has its own programmable thermostat- We want you to be as comfortable as possible.
Our Kitchener and Cambridge properties use gas heat.
We've got you covered.
The plow companies akes care of clearing the sidewalks in the winter time, and we have a landscaper take care of the lawn in the summer. You might have to brush the snow off your car in the winter- but we all do!
Leamington is great! It's nestled on the north shore of Lake Erie, and hosts the main ferry dock for the famous Point Pelee Island and all it's nature.
There are miles of sandy beaches, has the Hillman Marsh, 18 or so wineries, Walmart, Canadian Tire and boutique shops. There's a hospital, schools, several grocery stores along with an amazing waterfront.

In Leamington, the maintenance phone line is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's as important to us as it is to you to keep your place in top shape, and we want to make sure you are looked after as best we can.

There are shared yards for all properties.
Our properties are non-smoking, and any pets are requested to be leashed at all times and any dog poop is picked up promptly.
In Leamington, we have 2 side by side four-plexes, making up the "Wildwood Oaks" on 433-439 Oak Street East, Leamington. There are 2 upper suites and 2 lower suites in the building, all finished identically with the exact same amount of floor space.
The buildings are build with concrete walls and floors. Very similar to a high rise. This really helps to eliminate noise transfer between Suites. There are a few steps up to the upper level, and a few steps down to the lower level.
Our Wildwood Cedars in Cambridge is a renovated purpose built 5 suite building.
Our Wildwood Orchards in Kitchener is a renovated 6 suite building.
